Governments you belong to
For governments that apply by membership, wherever you live: First Nations, Métis governments and modern-treaty governments. Saved only in this browser, never sent to us.
What Society keeps about you
- Governments you say you belong to are saved only in this browser. The page downloads the full list and picks yours out on your device, so we never learn which ones you chose.
- Your chosen place is saved only in this browser, so the site can show your representatives and ballot. We don't receive it as part of an account, and you can forget it here at any time.
- When you look up a place, we record the area rounded to about 1 km and how much data we had for it. We don't keep your IP address or anything else that identifies you. This tells us where to add data next.
- Feedback you send is shown publicly. An email or other contact you give us stays private and is used only to follow up.
- The privacy page has the details, including what a place search keeps. What you type in search never leaves our server.
- There are no accounts yet. Accounts, and verifying that you live somewhere, are still being decided.
