Latest possible: Constitution art. 79(1) requires the general election between the start of the 57th and the end of the 59th month of the Assembly session; art. 106(1) starts the session at the first meeting (28 Oct 2025), so the window is 28 Jun 2030 to 27 Sep 2030 unless the Assembly is dissolved earlier (arts. 110, 111).
