Parliamentary election. No date set yet. The XVII Legislature (first sitting 2025-06-03) lasts four legislative sessions (CRP art. 171(1)); the fourth ends 2029-09-14. Parliamentary elections are by law held between 14 September and 14 October of the year the legislature ends (Lei Eleitoral da Assembleia da República, art. 19; not independently re-read), so 2029-10-14 is the last day; the President may dissolve the Assembly earlier.
