First round on a day between 28 April and 23 May 2030: the Marshal of the Sejm orders it 100 to 75 days before the end of the five-year term, which began 6 August 2025 (Constitution Art. 128(2)). A run-off follows two weeks later if no candidate wins a majority (Art. 127(3)). Derived from the Constitution; no date ordered.
