10th nationwide local elections. Date fixed by the Public Official Election Act art. 34(1)3: the first Wednesday on or after the 30th day before the terms expire (2030-06-30), i.e. 2030-06-05; art. 34(2) moves it to the following Wednesday because the next day, 2030-06-06, is Memorial Day (public holiday), giving 2030-06-12 (same rule moved 2018 to June 13). Local councils cannot be dissolved early. Unconfirmed until the National Election Commission announces it.
