Newfoundland and Labrador's next general election, on the fixed date in the House of Assembly Act, s. 3(2) (second Tuesday in October in the fourth calendar year after the 14 Oct 2025 election). Not yet confirmed: if on 1 April 2029 the Premier finds the date overlaps a federal election (the federal fixed date is 15 Oct 2029), the election moves to the alternative day in s. 3(5), the last Monday in November (26 Nov 2029); the Lieutenant Governor can also dissolve the House earlier. All 40 seats.
