Usability round 2: lookups checked across Canada on phone and desktop
28 points across every province and territory: answers in 15-80 ms on the server, about 1.5 s on a fast 3G phone and 4.3 s on slow 3G, axe-core clean on every result and page. New: #233 a Premier swearing-in shown as an election "on your ballot" in Québec, #234 school boards with no offices loaded listed as "not elected", #235 Iqaluit named "Inuit of Nunavut", #236 Iqaluit town in all four constituencies, #237 membership search and apostrophes, #238 lowercased place names, #239 10 px overflow at 320 px.
