Has appellate jurisdiction from all decisions of the High Court, subject to the Constitution and to law, and from the Court of Appeal where it grants leave (Art. 34.4).
- Constitutional review of bills referred by the President
Considers any bill the President refers to it under Art. 26 and decides on its repugnance to the Constitution; its decision is final.
