Prepares and adopts a regional plan by-law for the Capital Planning Region (The Planning Act); member municipalities' development plans must be consistent with it.
- Regional servicing and infrastructure
Facilitates regional consideration of infrastructure and services and identifies opportunities for member municipalities to develop infrastructure and provide services together.
