    Economic development, artistic or cultural development, development of tourism, and equipment, infrastructures, services and activities of metropolitan scope. (CQLR c. C-37.02, s. 112(2)-(5))

  • Residual materials management planning

    Metropolitan residual materials management plan. (CQLR c. C-37.02, s. 112(7))

  • Metropolitan public transportation

    Jurisdiction over metropolitan public transportation as provided in the Act. (CQLR c. C-37.02, s. 112(6))

  • Metropolitan land use and development plan

    Responsible body for the metropolitan land use and development plan; RCM plans and municipal zoning must conform. (CQLR c. C-37.02, s. 112.1)
