SUMMARY:Election day: 9 trustee seats\, Board of Education of School Distri
 ct No. 39 (Vancouver)
DESCRIPTION:9 trustee seats\, Board of Education of School District No. 39
(Vancouver) (General election).\n2026 general school election\, general vo
ting day Saturday 17 Oct 2026 (School Act s.35: third Saturday of October
every fourth year from 2014). Nine trustees elected at large by Vancouver
voters and by UBC and University Endowment Lands voters. Candidates are f
rom the Elections BC registered-candidate list of 2026-10-10 (withdrawn ca
ndidates excluded). The list gives no trustee electoral area\, so where th
e district elects by area the candidates are not yet assigned to areas. Th
e Elections BC list can omit candidates (for example two Campbell River ca
ndidates named on the district page are missing from it)\, so this list ma
 y be incomplete.\nDetails and candidates: https://joinsociety.online/elect
 ions/71739\nOfficial website: https://www.vsb.bc.ca\n\nAdvance voting days
\, hours and where to vote are set by the election office. Check its websi
te.\n\nFrom Society\, an independent project. Not an official notice.
